I was pleasantly surprised to discover the CUV with PinYin where strong numbers are typically located. I like! Combine this with a good translation database tool with pinyin (various forms), english, simplified/traditional characters and audio files of course ... and I'm set. Now if it was only portable ...

Cool Dave! Whats CUV and where can we find it? Is there simplified? haha
CUV: chinese union version. I believe one of the most popular chinese bible translations among protestant chinese. There are others. It comes in both simplified and traditional. I just like the pinyin version since I'm in the "functional illiterate" category.
I use esword for my PDA and PC (very efficient and Free, tons of translations and commentaries) .. lots of folks using the Palm OS like Bible+ (also free).
cools.. there is also a utility in ms word that allows you to add zhuyin next to chinese characters. look under format after highlighting said characters.
